Shipping policy

Due to very high demand and increased order volume, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual.

Processing Time:

All orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3-6 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to  7-14 business days.

Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, orders may take 14-21 days to be delivered, depending on your location and courier delays. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to high-volume periods or logistics backlogs.

 

Customs & Clearance:

All shipping times exclude customs or clearance delays, which are outside our control.
